Wisma Pelaut International, pakadonan, Bitung. Phone: +62-0438-36078. it's basically not a hotel but it's like a doormitory for seafarrers. But it's opened for public. For such a small city like Bitung, Wisma Pelaut is a very luxury one. But they only have a limited availability of rooms. Prostitutes are absolutely a no no in this hotel.
